To setup Follow Me, you will first need to log onto the 'My Account Portal'.
Once you have logged in on the left hand side, select 'My Voice Service' and the click on the 'Follow Me and Voicemail' tab. From there, you can set up a Follow Me list by clicking "Add Follow Me".
For example, if you have a DID number for your home-phone, you can redirect it to your mobile, so you can still answer calls when people try to call you house. The next step might be to redirect to your partner's mobile or to voicemail.
In the office, Follow Me can be set up to redirect calls from your direct line to your mobile, then to a colleague or to voicemail.
To switch OFF all voicemail and Follow Me, select "No Follow Me".
