There may be causes where your data connection is lost and the PBX becomes unreachable, in cases such as these a diversion can be setup via our online account portal.

  1. Login to the MyNetFone Account Portal and select Extensions from the left menu. 
  2. Select Follow Me and Voicemail from across the top. Then select an option from the drop down box next to Follow Me Option.

If using the Follow Me list click the Add Follow Me button, enter in a number and click Add then Done.

To switch OFF the 'Follow Me' directions, select ‘No Follow Me’.
