The conference organiser can decide which of the three ‘roles’ a participant is given by the PIN number they are allocated. There are three different PIN numbers which correspond to three different roles: Convenor, Speaker and Listener.
- Convenor is the user who sets up the conference, they can both speak and listen.
- Speaker can join the conference (via speaker PIN), and will be able to both speak and listen.
- Listener can join the conference (via listener PIN), and will only be able to listen.
