The MyNetFone Music on Hold feature enables you to entertain and inform your clients whilst their call is on hold.

 

Setup Music / Ads on hold

To customise your Music on Hold, simply record an audio file with the music/audio message you would like to be played while your customers are on hold. Then email the file as an attachment to our team at: business-support@mynetfone.com.au

For optimal recording quality the audio file should satisfy the following requirements:

Bit Rate: 128kbps

Audio Sample Size: 16 bit

Channels: 1 (Mono)

Audio Sample Rate: 8 kHz

Audio Format: .WAV
