1. Dial one of the call test service numbers below.
2. A voice recording will prompt you say a few words and they will be recorded as a sample.
3. The service will play it back to you, so you can hear the sound quality.
4. If you can hear the recording, your audio setup is working correctly. If you cannot hear any audio, there is an issue with your service setup - please contact the Business Support Team to troubleshoot the issue 1300 887 899.
