Meet-Me Conferencing simply links any number of telephone calls from different locations into the one call. As a MyNetFone Voice-service customer you automatically have access to this service.

1. Login to the MyAccount Portal and select ‘Conferences’ in the left menu.

2. In ‘Conference Roles’ section, note down your Convenor, Speaker and Listener PIN Numbers.

3. Also, in ‘Conference Access Numbers’ section, choose the number that you want to use for participants to dial in. The number you choose will affect the cost of the call to the conference participants:

4. Set a conference date and time with your participants, and give them the relevan tPIN Numbers (Speaker or Listener) and Access Numbers.

5. Call your local Access Number at the set time, enter your Convenor PIN Numberand start the conference!

Note: We recommend that the organiser dials into the call 5 minutes before the agreed start time.
