After much customer feedback suggesting that we extend our Call Centre contact hours, we have gone the extra mile to deliver just that.

The MyNetFone Residential Call Centre hours have now been extended to be open until 10pm on week days and until 5pm on Saturday and Sundays!

New Residential support hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 10pm AEST

Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 5pm AEST

Here to help when you need us! With these extended Call Centre hours you will have even more opportunity to have a chat to our team if you ever require assistance, or have general service enquires.

MyNetFone backing StartUp ideas!

MyNetFone values innovation and because of this we like to encourage it wherever possible. 

This is why we have decided to support those aspiring entrepreneurs, who have thought outside the box to generate some of their own innovative ideas. So tonight at the StartUp Smart Awards, MyNetFone will be sponsoring the 'Best StatUp Idea' category.

The MyNetFone Product & Process Manager, Greg Round, will be attending on behalf of MyNetFone to present the 'Best StartUp Idea' award to the winning contestant.

We will be offering a prize pack valued at over $1,000 to the winner of the 'Best StartUp Idea', including Virtual PBX 2-line plan free for a year, and two Cisco Business handsets.

Customer Support over the phone unavailable on Saturday 22nd March 2014

Due to essential electrical repairs to the office building where our Sydney Office is located, the MyNetFone Contact Centre will be unable to receive customer support phone calls this Saturday 22nd March. 

We will have a team monitoring our online support channels and where possible, assisting customers via email.  

If you have any service issues, please lodge a support request online.

 Regular operating hours will resume from Monday 24th March.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
