Holiday Season Operating Hours - Christmas & New Year

This year, MyNetFone Business and Residential teams will be operating on reduced hours over the Christmas and New Year break.

Residential Sales/Support and Business Support:

  • Closed on Christmas Day (25/12/12), Boxing Day (26/12/12) and New Years Day (1/1/13), as well as Sundays (23 and 30/12/12) 
  • Reduced hours of 9am - 5pm AEST on the rest of the days between 22 Dec 2012 to 2nd January 2013.

Business Sales:

  • Closed from 22nd December 2012 until 1st January 2013.

Operating hours will return to normal from Wednesday 2nd January 2013. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Call Centre Closed from 6pm Friday 6th December, reopens Monday 10th December 2012

The MyNetFone Call Centre will be operating to reduced hours this weekend due to scheduled maintenance work being carried out on the building where the MyNetFone office is located.

Temporary Operating Hours are:

  • Closed from 6pm on Friday 7th December 2012,
  • Closed on Saturday 8th December 2012 and, us usual, Sunday 9th December 2012,
  • Reopens from 8.30am on Monday 10th December 2012.

MyNetFone voice and data services will not be affected and will remain available to our customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to delivering regular support services upon re-opening on Monday the 10th of December.

Deloitte recognises MyNetFone growth in Technology Fast 50 Awards

2012 has been a stellar year for MyNetFone, and being recognised as one of Australia’s fastest growing communications providers in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 is the cherry on top of the cake.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is part of the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific program, which recognises technology companies that have achieved the fastest rates of annual revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region during the past three years.

Of the 50 businesses listed in Deloitte’s prestigious list, eleven companies are involved in the communications/networking industry. With MyNetFone ranking 14th, we are proud to be one of the fastest growing entrants in our industry this year.

The award is testament to MyNetFone’s outstanding financial performance, driven by a culture of innovation and our commitment to Australia-based Research & Development. Our subsidiary Symbio Networks, for example, has developed the first Local Number Portability (LNP) technology available in Australia that allows phone numbers to move into the cloud. Since we launched the service in 2010, more than 65,000 businesses and households were able to change service providers while retaining their established phone number.

The integration with Symbio last financial year has also further strengthened our vertical capabilities, making the MyNetFone Group Australia’s largest provider of VoIP wholesale and managed services and 5th largest interconnected voice network.
