Call Centre to close early on Friday, 3rd December
The MyNetFone Call Centre will close at 6.30pm on Friday, 3rd of December so that our whole team can be present at the MyNetFone Christmas Dinner.
Our team has worked hard to deliver excellent customer service and roll out new service features, so we will be putting on our party hats to celebrate a big year!

MyNetFone has been included in the Deloitte Technoligy Fast 50 list for the 3rd consecutive year, this time ranking 37th! The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia 2010 is a program that recognises and profiles fast growing technology companies. The program, which is now a decade old in Australia, ranks the 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies, based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2008 to 2010). |

Christmas Holiday Operating Hours
Preparations for the Christmas Break are already underway at MyNetFone - doesn't it seem like they start earlier and earlier each year? As usual, the MyNetFone Office will be operating during reduced hours over the Christmas period. Residential Customer Service Centre

From the 4th of January, the Service Centre will return to standard operating hours of 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. |
Business Team
The Business Technical Support Team will be available during regular business hours until 24th December, and then close until the 4th of January 2011. The rest of the Business Team will be on leave from 20th December until 4th of January.
