Last day at CeBIT: Time to say goodbye…

Times goes so fast when you are at CeBIT!

Thursday 22nd May was already the last day of the largest business-to-business technology event in the region! MyNetFone staff members were out in full force during these 3 exhilarating days! It was great to meet you all and the Team at MyNetFone would like to thank every single one of you, who came from all over the country to meet us and take advantage of our amazing deals on offer: THANK YOU!

Customer Service Announcement – MyAccount Portal Login Changes

Have you ever thought of the number of different usernames and passwords you are always forced to remember in order to enter your on-line services; for instance, banking, blogs, online tickets and so on?

At MyNetFone, we believe that it's easier to keep keys in your pocket than in your head! That's why you will soon be able to change your username and password on the MyNetFone My Account portal, making it easier than ever to manage yourself on-line.

To do so, we will be performing a quick network upgrade Saturday 3rd May 2008 from 4pm to 8pm.

Please note we do not expect there to be any customer impact during this time - the service will continue as normal; but if you have any problems at all, please give our friendly customer service team a call on 1300 731 048:

- Saturday between 10am and 4pm

- Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 8:00pm.

MyNetFone apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the upgrade.

Handy Tip: Please use your existing log-in details until after the upgrade, and then you will be able to choose a new username and password from the "My User Details" tab. Please note this will not affect your SIP settings or VoIP devices, as your MyAccount portal username will only be used to access the portal.

And as we're always working on ways of making life easier for our customers and improving our service, the upgrade will also mean some more exciting new features are coming your way...stay tuned!
