Extended Customer Service Hours

We seem to be hearing quite a bit lately (and I think you would all agree) there just aren't enough hours in the day!

By the time you travel home from work, cook dinner, do the dishes - the day has pretty much disappeared. And then you have to try and squeeze in the general housekeeping stuff, say for instance, phoning MyNetFone Customer Service.

So to help take the pressure off just a little and provide you with greater flexibility, we've extended our customer service hours. The MyNetFone Customer Service Centre is now operating for an extra hour on weeknights, until 8:00pm AEST.

New Customer Service Operating Hours

Monday to Friday  8:30am - 8:00pm AEST
Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm AEST

And don't forget, you can also submit a support request form or enquiry form on our website and a MyNetFone Customer Service Representative will respond to your enquiry directly.

MyNetFone now has a whopping 35,000 customers!

MyNetFone is excited to reveal we have marked the end of financial year 06/07with a whopping 35,000 paying customers!

If you're one of the 5000 new customers we've signed up in the past month or so we'd like to extend a big, happy welcome to MyNetFone! We trust you'll love the MyNetFone service, and even more so, the savings that have started to roll in!
